RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We offer a 15-day return, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns and refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction of product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused with all original seals intact.
After we have inspected your return, we will let you know if your return was approved. If approved, you will be refunded the full amount excluding shipping fees to the original payment method. Return shipping will ONLY be refunded if the issue was a result of our service.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A 3% PROCESSING FEE ADDED TO ALL RETURNS
EXCHANGE POLICY
No exchanges will be granted for any products that are not in their factory sealed packaging.
Clothing may be exchanged for correct size if item does not fit.
ORDER ISSUES & DAMAGES
Please inspect product upon delivery and contact us immediately if item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue. If item is damaged due to shipping, please send a picture of item with damaged packing to support@blackoutlabz.com. Without this photo there is no guarantees that we can resolve the issue.
CANCEL/EDIT ORDER
Once tracking number is associated with a product, there will be no cancellations. You will have to return the item.
On cancelled orders, you will be fulfilled the total purchase amount to the original payment method.
